Terms of Service

Cartoon Avatars LLC (“we”, “us”) provides a custom cartoon portrait service. You purchase credits, upload reference photos, and our artists hand-draw a cartoon avatar for each photo. Finished artwork is delivered digitally to your dashboard.

Credits are pre-purchased units that entitle you to one cartoon avatar each. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for a refund once purchased. Credits do not expire.

Bonus credits are occasionally granted at our discretion (e.g. 1 free per 10 purchased) and are subject to the same terms.

Because each avatar is custom hand-drawn work, we do not offer refunds on used credits. If you are unsatisfied with your delivered artwork, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cartoonavatars.com and we will work to make it right or issue a credit at our discretion.

Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no orders have been submitted. Contact us to request a refund.

You must have the right to use any photos you upload. By uploading a photo you confirm you own it or have permission from the person depicted to use it for this purpose. Do not upload photos of minors without parental consent, or photos that are explicit, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.

We delete your uploaded photos after your artwork has been delivered. We do not use your photos for any purpose other than creating your order.

Most orders are completed within 3–5 business days of photo submission. Turnaround may be longer during high-demand periods. We will notify you by email when your artwork is ready.

Upon delivery and full payment, you own the artwork created for you and may use it for any personal or commercial purpose. We retain the right to display your avatar in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cartoon Avatars LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify you by email of any material changes.
