One credit is $69, or 11 credits for $690. Credits never expire.
Credits are prepaid by card, or by bank transfer above $1,000. We do not invoice on terms or extend credit.
Unlimited small adjustments to the likeness of a drawing we have already made.
New reference, new angle or a different person means starting again.
Small adjustments to a portrait we have already drawn are unlimited and free, for as long as you own the portrait. A request that means starting the drawing again uses another credit. The line is the reference photo: if we can fix it without redrawing from scratch, it is free.
If we have to start the drawing again, that is a new credit.
Unused credits are refundable. Drawn portraits are not, because an illustrator has already been paid for the work. Unlimited free revisions exist so that a portrait you are unhappy with gets fixed rather than refunded.

We draw from the photo you send. A poor reference produces a poor portrait, and redrawing from a better photo uses a new credit, so it is worth thirty seconds of checking before you upload.
You confirm you have permission from each person to send us their photo and to use their portrait. We do not contact your team, and we cannot verify consent on your behalf.

Delivery windows run from the day we accept a usable reference photo, not the day you bought credits.
Portraits are drawn in the order photos arrive. Rush, offered after payment, moves your order to the front of the queue.
Orders above 15 credits are delivered in batches as they are finished, so you can start using them early.
Windows are quoted in working days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Credits cost $69 each. Pay for 10 and you get 11. There are no other discounts and no card surcharge.
You own full commercial rights to every portrait we deliver, worldwide and with no time limit. Use them on your site, in decks, in ads, anywhere. We never show your portraits publicly unless you give us written permission.
Reference photos are deleted 30 days after the portrait is delivered. They are never used to train a model and never sold or shared. A copy of your finished portraits stays in your account so you can download them again.
Every portrait is drawn by a person. We do not use generative models to produce the artwork. A portrait is an interpretation in our house style, not a photographic likeness, and small stylistic differences from the photo are the point.
Anyone under 18, public figures you have no relationship with, and anything hateful, defamatory or unlawful. We refund the credit in full and cancel the request.
Our liability is limited to the value of the credits you bought. These terms may change, and the version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you paid. Anything not covered here, ask us and we will answer in writing.
Matching clothing style is $15 per portrait and is chosen before we draw. Editable Artwork is $29 per portrait, sold after your order and always available in your account. It is not refundable once delivered. Background colour and crop shape are included in every credit and can be changed at any time in your account at no cost. Rush delivery is offered after payment at 50% of the order value and halves the quoted turnaround.
