Privacy Policy

We collect your email address when you place an order or sign in. We collect the photos you upload for the purpose of creating your cartoon avatars. Payment information is processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Your email is used to send order confirmations, deliver your finished avatars, and occasionally remind you about unused credits. Your photos are used solely to produce the illustrations you ordered. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Each service has its own privacy policy and handles data in accordance with applicable law.

Uploaded photos are deleted from our servers after your completed artwork has been delivered. Account and order records are retained while your account is active and for up to 3 years afterward to support billing inquiries. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@cartoonavatars.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
